Coach Carter joined the Texas Express organization in 2018 bringing with her, ten years of coaching experience, professional training, and knowledge.  

Coach Carter went from coaching as a volunteer for her local city league, to building a basketball training program and working with the Dallas Mavericks organization getting firsthand instruction and tips from assistant coaches Hunt and Procopio. 

She has a strong passion for helping kids be the best student athletes they can be; and as a FIBA agent she knows what it takes to get to the next level for those students who want to play basketball past high school.
