Coach Ríos was born and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He attended Notre Dame High school and graduated in 2010. Coach Rios played basketball, baseball and volleyball, and was named student athlete of his Senior class.
After high school, he received a basketball scholarship to play at University of Puerto Rico in Bayamon. He has a bachelor's degree in Regular and Adapted Physical Education. He moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2016 and started working at International Leadership of Texas in Saginaw as an Instructional Aide. He worked one year as a Dual Language 2nd grade teacher, and now he is serving as a Performance Coach. This will be his 5th year at the school. He coaches Boys Middle School Soccer at ILTexas Saginaw and High School Basketball at International Leadership of Texas Keller-Saginaw.
