Frank Bailey

Coach Bailey has served in many capacities with Texas Express over the years.  His positions have included being a head boys and girls coach as well as volunteering as a board member.  

Frank was a standout basketball player at Paschal High school in Fort Worth, Texas. After a stellar high school career, he received a basketball scholarship to play at Collin County Community College and Paul Quinn University. 

After his college career, he transitioned into education as a teacher and coach at Eastern Hills High school working under legendary coach Felly Donaldson.  After serving several years as a loyal assistant, Frank became the head boys coach at Eastern Hills High school for several years.  He currently works for Eastern Hills HS as an adminstrator. 

During his tenure as a head coach, Frank had several winning seasons and produced several collegiate athletes. His purpose driven approach to teaching the game has made a significant difference in the lives of the athletes he has worked with.
