Erica Delley is from Dallas, Texas where she graduated high school from Justin F. Kimball high school in 2004. While at Kimball she was a four year varsity player and her team reached the 5A State girls basketball quarter finials twice.
After a steller high school career, coach Delley went on to play collegiately at Friends University where as a freshmen she received the most improve player of the year award. After her a one year stay at Friends, she transferred to Texas College where she was voted two time MVP, two time offensive player of the year, and led the nation at the NAIA level in both rebounding and blocks. She was also a three time all conference selection and was voted twice as the Texas College Athlete of the year leading her team to their first ever NAIA national tournament.
After graduating fro Texas College and receiving her degree in Exercise and Sports Studies and attended Texas Women's University and obtain her Masters's degreein Kinesiology and Sports Management.
Coach Delley has been involved with coaching the Dallas Diesel boys basketball team from 2009-2015 and has worked in parks and recreation where she has trained basketball skills and drills to youth and adult athletes. She is currently the JV head girls coach for Greenville High school.
