After graduating The University of Southern Mississippi in 2004, Eric started a career in retail management with Walgreens where he worked for 8 years. While working with Walgreens Eric spent time on the Board of Directors of the Neshoba County Boys and Girls Club in Philadelphia, MS. After working at Walgreens he worked at CVS as a store manager.
After a year with CVS he moved to Texas to pursue his dream of becoming a teacher and coach. Eric was hired by Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD in 2014 to teach business and coach at Perry Middle School. After a two year stint at the middle school he was promoted to assistant coach at R. L. Turner High School where he is currently serving as the Assistant Head Coach.
Eric is engaged and he and his fiance will be joining together to raise their son Jackson age two and step daughter Morgan age nine). Eric enjoys spending time with his family going to sporting events and traveling. Eric is a firm believer in sports and the positive impact they have on athletes. He looks forward to being a part of the Texas Express family.
