Coach Pryor played collegiate basketball at Oklahoma Baptist University where she received her Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology and Wellness. During her stellar college career she ranked 3rd in the nation for three point field goal percentage, 11th in the assists per game, and 17th in free throws percentage.
After college she served as an assistant women's coach at Northern Oklahoma College for a year and a half before moving on to take the assistant women's position at Eastern New Mexico University.
After coaching in college she became the assistant women's high school coach at
WestMoore High School in Oklahoma. In addition to her coaching duties, she has assisted with the Stacey Hansmeyer's Basketball camp in Moore, Oklahoma for six years, as well as Chickasaw Nation Basketball Camp for five years.
In addition, she has provided private lessons to a number of individuals focusing on shooting, ball-handling, speed work and defensive work. Amy has recently relocated to the Dallas area and will be pursuing a high school coaching job in the area.
When I am not on the court I am enjoying my Labrodoodle Shep, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, and enjoying my friends and family. She has assisted with Texas Express this past spring/summer and is excited about continuing her work with Texas Express as a head coach.
