Matija Andjelkovic continues his basketball career at the University of Maine at Augusta

Matija Andjelkovic comes to UMA from Belgrade, Serbia. In his freshman season for the Moose, Andjelkovic played in 23 games, averaging 2.8 PPG. He majors in Business Administration here at UMA where he was named to the Dean's List. In high school, he was apart of the National Honors Society, while also being named team captain of his basketball team. He was the second leader in scoring in the TAPPS. He earned both All-State and All-District honors and he was the team MVP of his high school team. Matija is the son of Zoran and Trapana Andjelkovic. While Matija isn't playing basketball you can find him playing tennis and video games.
